Second online Summer Course
Since 2007 the National Academy for Finance and Economics organizes each year in July a Summer Course on public finance in the Hague. This course is organized for countries in the Dutch Constituency Programme.
Public Expenditure Management and Taxation
Countries eligible within this programme are Armenia, Bosnia and Herzegovina, Bulgaria, Croatia, Georgia, Macedonia, Moldova, Mongolia, Montenegro, Romania and Ukraine. The Summer Course consist of two modules, one on taxation and another on public expenditure management.
Online continues in 2021
Just like in 2020, this year’s Summer Course had to be online, on distance. How much we would like to welcome our participants in our premises in the Hague, we are also pleased to support the course digitally in a professional setting.
We launched our Digital Learning Environment, Studytube, by which we could facilitate the course in a modern and easy accessible way

With the Summer Course 2021 we launched our Digital Learning Environment, Studytube, by which we could facilitate the course in a modern and easy accessible way. Besides that we also developed e-learnings on different topics.
Certificate
In total 27 participants finished the Summer Course successfully and received their certificate.
